It's a sweet fixture indeed. The decorative cast plaster ceiling is a real gem too. I'm working on a renovation of the building (65,000sf) and an addition (80,000sf). It is by far the most complex and difficult building project I've ever faced: historic context, tight site constraints, the number of colleges (4) being squeezed into the building, and the distance between Lawrence and Tallahassee.
