Plasticity in the way of a good time
Funny thing. When I was in my first year of college we had an assignment to create a pattern for a ceramic plate, sugar dish or bowl. I created a pattern based upon a flowering pod thing on a branch. There was a progression from the organic shape to a griddy mondrianesque thing.
The other day I saw this register in an elementary school and thought of my younger self.
Today the neighbor kid was upset with tears. He missed his bus. We gave him a ride to school.

you are a kind soul John Reeves. Nice of you to give the neighbor a ride.
This shot makes me smile. Reminds me of when I'd fingerpaint the appliances in my childhood home and get yelled at.
